Default OK, I need help... (about DV)

I've had the chip for a couple of weeks installed and now I just can't get my thoughts off the next mod. I do know that I need exhaust and intake, trying to postpone it a little bit to preserve some illusion of sanity. Besides, if I ever take my car with the intake to the dealer, it will be similar to a small localized explosion - Prestige is as mod-friendly as the US towards Bin Laden (f*ck the camelkisser BTW). I can, probably, survive with the exhaust though but it's slightly more expensive than the intake (like three times over). And I can't deside which one should go first (if there are any suggestions please do not hesitate to throw them at me)

That leaves the DV. And it doesn't really matter Hyperboost or 007p. However... It seems like since my car is over 15k miles already and I DON'T hear the coke bottle sound, I surmise that I have the relatively reliable N version of the stock DV. Although dealer still might lose it, I think I might go for it. The only question is: should I? Please, I would reeeeally appreciate some feedback and/or guidance "To DV or not to DV, that is a question"

Default One of the reasons I'm asking that is ...

I heard a lot about "feeling like a completely different car", "lots of power" and stuff once you chip. I have to admit that although I did kill the Boxter S (perhaps with automatic trans though) once (coming back from the Cape Florida GTG), I can hardly say I can feel much of a difference between stock and chip. For some reasons I just don't get the feeling of being pushed back but maybe it's just me (and the fact that I do have a frame of reference with a ride in gesTTalt's car on the passenger's seat though)

Default I ordered a 006 in Feb of this year, but I never installed it. I was also....

running the N valve from Audi and thought that it was performing as advertised so I didnt feel the need to go out of my way to fix it. No coke bottle sound and the power seemed to be there. After all of the talk lately, especially after what Scwhing did with his, I decided that it was finally time to do it(along with the washer mod). I popped it in, went for a test drive, and realized that the N valve is crap, just like the one before it. I thought I was getting the most out of the N valve because that was all I knew. I now understand that I was missing out and am very happy that I finally did this, even if it is the outdated 006, I still Love it.........

My car is(was) 100% stock and I noticed a difference. With a chip it should be even more pronounced....

Hope that helped.

Default I'm in South Florida actually, and my Prestige is Prestige Imports in North Miami

And no, aside from the chip, I don't have any major mods in my car *kinda sad smile* Have a spare ECU so that won't be a problem dealer-wise, and, of course, I can easily go to another dealer for service but around here there aren't too many of them
