Does anyone know what a "secondary injection "code might mean ?

uhh, means something is up with your secondary air injection system; is it disconnected?
It's the plastic flex hose that snaps into the lower rear part of your stock airbox - did you remove it?
It warms the car up more quickly to reduce emissions/improve economy by returning warm air from the motor into the air intake, when the car is cold.

Secondary Air Injection (AIR) solenoid valve -N112-, checking
Secondary Air Injection (AIR) pump relay -J299- and activation, checking
Secondary Air Injection (AIR) pump motor -V101-, removing and installing
Combination valve for Secondary Air Injection (AIR), checking function and proper seal
Left combination valve for secondary air injection, removing and installing
Right combination valve for secondary air injection, removing and installing

They wouldn't say or didn't go any further because it is an emission problem and my car FAILED the visiual inspection for the emission sticker. So, in order to ferrett this out I have to reinstall the stock airbox. I'm just trying to get a feel for this problem.. Thanks

What they said was that the 2nd injection hose is loose and they claim to have read the code. ...
Don't know if they VAG'd it. The service guy said that they cleared the code but it will come back on until the problem is solved. The whole situation was very convoluted. They also said that my car should not pass any visiual by any authorised inspection station in the state. I just don't want to hurt the car by driving it with the check light still on..
