Revo Chipped Problems

Has anyone had problem with the Revo SPS3 install causing the rpm to increase (to 4000 rpm) and drop back (to 3500 rpm) at high speed (80 mph,)when accelarating hard, then gradually increase normally? Also shifting is not as smooth as when in stock mode and getting a honking noise when accelarating. Have changed to Forge DV and back, noise is not as noticeable with stock DV. Unable to reproduce problem in stock mode for dealer repair. No codes are being shown.

no probs,

what settigns are you running?
have you tried lower settings?
do you have a vag?

i noticed that the car was smoother after revo on the lower settings, and as you get more agressive with the settings, the drivability goes down a bit.

Low Boost Mode Dial "A" set to 3 and Range Dial "B" set to 9 with Timing Mode Dial "A" set to 5 and Range Dial "B" set to 6. Have been revo'd about two weeks and problems has been persistant since install.

timing seems a little agressive..

I run High boost 1(4-1), timing 5(5-5) and it is perfect. The stock Revo program is the equivalent to low-boost 9, timing 4..

I'm running 93 octane with temperature in the mid 50's or lower with timing and boost set at the settings. Will try your suggestion when I pick it up from the dealer this evening.
