Wow, just called DCH for a service appt, got one for less than a week away!

I was amazed myself when they took me 2 days away, but...
maybe because less and less people go there...or possibly, they try to take the easy way out. i.e., last time i took my TT there, it was in and out within hours. i took my own mobil 1 syn oil, had check engine light on, required my 30K service, which i think should be haldex oil change, etc.
when i got my TT back, CEL was on, oil was gone, but no 1/4 or 1/2 qt back, car was dirty and was told that they cannot finish any scheduled maintenance because of my FMIC, chip, DV, etc.
that's how efficient they were. won't be taking my TT back there again. nothing was touched. they looked at it, took my oil and gave me back the TT with CEL. how do you like that!?

damn that sucks. I've been to three other dealers so far, nothing but problems with them too.
This will be my first time to DCH per the recommendation of someone else here. (EasTTcoasTT)
