is it wrong to print out TSB's which i don't think were performed?

is it wrong to print out TSB's which i don't *think* were performed?

and hand them to the dealer?! Meaning, the last two times i took it in the "problem" wasn';t found...after reading through my bentley, i 've found two pages of TSB's that look related to the problem- none of them were performed on the car.

taking the car to a new dealer, would it be offensive if i gave them the two TSB's?

also. i'm at 35k...i know i won't be hitting 50K, so would it be ok for me to request the 40k service now, and then the 50k service right before warrenty goes (september?!)

You should be able to......

when I took possession of my 2001 roadster at 26K they did the 40K service for me, since that was more along the lines of where I should have been. They said that right before warranty was up, that I should bring it in and they will do the 50K.

If you went to a new dealership for the next service, explained that another dealership hadn't fixed the problem, I couldn't see how they would be offended. I would not take the TSB, but tell them about your research and offer it to them should they need it.
