Help me choose what to do with my suspension!

my camber is within spec, but my toe is not.
Should I
A.) swap out the upper bars with the lower bars (is this safe?) + alignment
B.) Buy other half of kmac ($130), pay for install(50+?)+ alignment
C.) Buy forge/stratmosphere Tie bars ($345) + alignment
are there any differences between forge and strat tiebars?
thanks
More on camber correction: with the KMAC or bars installed in the "lower" position, adjustment will correct excessive negative camber AND excessive toe-in at the same time. In the upper position: adjustment will improve camber, but the toe-in stays the same, or gets worse. The camber correction device should always be installed, first, in the lower position. Rarely, some cars require more correction and a second setup needs to be installed in the upper arms. But always start with the lowers. This will handle all but the rare case.
