Does anyone know if the '00 TT's have auto dimming mirrors?
The other night driving home with a big 4x4 behind me pouring his headlights into my cabin causing the lights to get into my eyes from the rear view mirror made me realize I may not have auto dimming mirrors in this car like my A4 did. One thing's for sure, I don't have a flip-up tab/button on the rear view mirror which is making me think I 'should' have auto-dimming.
I distinctly remember in my A4's that when the auto dimming feature would kick in the rear view mirror glass appeared to turn dark blue and you'd only see headlights. My TT's rear view mirror doesn't do any of that. But my side view mirrors always seem to be a constant light blue color.
