Chipping

Anyone whos has had a chip put in, did you sent in ur ECU or is there a way to drive to a licensed instaler or somthing.

Also what is the advantage of having the system tuned by apr instead of having a chip installed

theres no diff. to driving to get chipped or sending out your ecu to get it chipped......one way you are wthout your ride for a few days,unless you got a spare one...

I had my GIAC chip installed in Walpole, MA

It was done by Shine Racing... just called and made the appointment and drove the car to the shop for the installation. KTR in Ayer is another popular pro shop (they're a GIAC shop, too).
