Oil changed

You did not get synthetic oil for that price...
My wife's car is changed at Toyota for $33.96.
Least expensive dealer change here, using correct synthetic oil, is a $90.00 Special plus sales tax change at Sonnen in Marin. They use Castrol 5W40 synthetic.
I get oil change for my 3.2 TTQC for $81.34 oil (5W40 German Pentosyn 5.8 quarts) and labor plus I supply the OEM filter at Malugani in Mill Valley. Audi of Oakland does not have a Special. The charge $190 plus tax to do a 3.2 TT oil change.
I figure the price at Malugani is good enough for my 5K intermediate changes. They coincide with my free 5K tire rotations. There are numerous torx screws to remove to get the belly pan off. Besides, as a business person, I do not deny a business its right to make a reasonable profit on its products and services.
