Lost Windoe Control

Had some issues with the battery and after jumping it several times this weekend I replaced it. But now the electric windows are acting funny, I don't get the window to open a crack when opening the doors. And when I roll the window up it wants to stop half way. Also the one-push feature to roll the windows down is gone too. What gives? Is the computer starting to go or is this an easy reprogramming to reinstall.

try resetting the window first.
