Should I use these plugs?

I wanted to get the Denso 22's but they didn't carry them. The guy said these are "as good if not better" but I don't trust that guy, he was talking about his NA accord that runs 11's... I don't trust him any further than I could throw him (he was a big guy)

Back to Autozone I go. Good thing I didn't get them put in.
Before I take em back I guess I'll wait for some people to chime in. These were like 7 dollars each. If I don't need em, I'll march them right back.
