Those with experence with replacing this, how much of a PITA is this gonna be. Does it pull out or is it threaded? Do I have to move anything out the way for easier access? TIA.

Not too bad. . .
Getting all of the old plastic off without dropping any into the oil pan can be tricky. . . a pair of needle-nose pliers helps. The new one should just push on (carefully) and it's a tight seal. There is a small tab that needs to be lined up with the pan - but it's pretty clear where that is.
