replacing vacuum hose - tips?
I'm ready to replace much of my 2002 TT 225Q vacuum hose with silicone tubing (from Hose Techniques). I've searched for information about this and am surprised that I can't find any info. Anyone have any tips, such as the need or preference for clamps on ends.
Any directions? Hose for fuel pressure regulator is where I was going to start, but I see it's going to take some disassebly to get to the ends easily.
Other ideas?

not really a difficult operation. make sure the hose sizes are correct and you allow for
ample flex, since most of the silicone vacumm hoses are quite flexible and crush very easily. which means that you cannot have tight turns nor use tiewraps to tie them down to tidy up the engine bay. you can use tie wraps but tie them down loosely.
