Brake flushing question. I'm going to replace my brake fluid tomorrow and had a dumb
question. Is there any special proceedures (like using the VAG-COM) when I replace the old fluid with the new?
Do I need to activate or open anything with the VAG-COM?
My plan was to siphon out the reservor and fill w/ new. Then pump the peddle to bleed from the back passenger,
back driver,
front outboard passenger,
front inboard passenger and finish up with the front outboard driver and front inboard driver.
I have a Stoptech BBK thus the inboard/outboard sides of the caliper.
Am I missing something or is it this simple? Is there a Fotki or link I should be reviewing?

If I remember correctly there was some talk about this a while back and
someone who worked with or for Bosch (I think) posted information that you didn't need to do the VAG procedure and you would never be able to flush out all the fluid in either case. That just using the clutch over time would flush the fluid out... may be completely wrong and I can't find anything easily in the search.

I didn't see this on my first search. Sounds like people don't do the VAG-com ..
