Anyone happen to know the weight of KW (prefer V1's) for FWD? >

trying to determine the difference if any between stock/oem and what I've got now. To my regret I did not weigh them; TIA.

ahh, never mind - 20# less >

the KWV1 box has a shipping weight of 30#; the OEM's in the same box = 50# - that's VERY nice to know!

Ummmm...10lbs per shock is a lot

I seriously doubt the weight difference between the 2 are all that much. You can't use Shipping weight numbers! That's like weighing your car without oil and gas and water in it. (like Audi does, LOL)

and you can presume the listed shipping weight is the MAXIMUM weight number, and if you put the oem's into the same packaging, the delta *is* directly inferrable, if admittedly subject to some relatively minor uncertainty.
