Is wet sanding the hood a bad idea?

Is wet sanding the hood a bad idea?

They body shop painted my car. When they put plastic on the car it left these snow flake like prints. They will not come off from just buffing , what should i do?

Not a problem, if THEY do it. If you do it and mess up, they'll laugh you out of the shop.
