What? another install gone wrong?
GREAT NEWS.
Just kidding.
I did the Energy Suspension dogbone mount today, all was going GREAT, I go to put it back on, finger tightend all the bolts and then began to use a ratchet to tighten, on the back mounts I started to use the torque wrench and I'm getting close to 20lbs... SNAP, the damn bolt SNAPS off, clean break. I unscrew the front stretch bolts to retreive the snapped bolt and now I'm back to square one. The car is sitting at a friends house taking up both sides of his garage.
I'm going to our local dealer to see if I can find some new bolts.
One of the front bolts pulled a thread out, hopefully I don't have to helicoil the damn thing.

And yes, I bought new bolts.

Man, I have THE WORST luck...
I swear during the install I said "This is going so smooth, I never have luck like this when working on a car" not 5 minutes later... SNAP.

when installing my dogbone i stripped the bracket that holds the most forward bolt...
so i just tightened it up as much as possible (also in a buddys garage at 4am before show n go) its been 5k miles, bolt hasnt budged
