replaced the dogbone bushings today with poly bushings but, >>

the old ones were in good shape. then i realized they must have been replaced during the stage III install about 45k miles ago.

doh!

anyway - one tip:

- people say "it's easy to compress the bushings -- just put it in a vice". not that simple. mine kept slipping out and my vice has teeth. my advice is use c-clamps to compress, you will need constant pressure on both sides of the arm.
