OK I made a big mistake...long
I just purchased the TT about 2 months ago for work and it was in basically perfect shape. Most major things had been done, ie timing belt, etc. I have been extremely happy to date and usually have 1 of 2 places change the oil. Either the Casey's that we've been going to for years or to Renn-Art. Well I was at 4000 miles and I was going to be going on a small business trip that week and would have my boss with me from the whole time. I couldn't get in at either place so I tried the dealer, still no luck.
I was going to give up but didn't want to have anything bad happen and so, I went to Jiffy Lube, OMG extremely stupid right, but I figured this is the only time and I'll watch them change the oil etc, which I did do. BUT I get home and go to put the receipt in the glove box and what to my dismay I DON"T HAVE A HANDLE TO MY GLOVE BOX, WTF I locked the perfectly fine glove box right before I pulled the car up to the bay. Well they say they will take care of it, this means that it's going to cost them almost $1000 including the labor. That doesn't matter to me what does is the fact that I have to deal with bringing it into the dealer to get fixed.
LESSON LEARNED: NEVER GO TO JIFFY LUBE, DO IT YOURSELF IF NEED BE BUT NEVER GO THERE!!!!
