pics of rear main seal???

anyone have pics of where the rear main seal is and if its a must to remove the tranny to change out> thanks

Of course you have to remove the trans...>

It's behind the flywheel and seals the output shaft as it exits the block.

i'm confused see the bentley manual calls it the crank seal...now where does it mention the "rear main seal" and from what i remember i didnt see that kind of a seal when i was doing my clutch.
