Default spent last 3 weekends in the shop......

and iv just about got a TT in 1 piece. i had to buy a tig welder, get a new drill press and get a ton more fab tools so i could finish all my odd's and ends. i also had to demand that my machean shop give back my intakemanifodl thats been there for 3 months and still not been finished. was fun to do the work my self but is 100% freaking perfact!... heck i even hand tig'd my self a oil cooler as i couldnt find one that fit how i wanted it to.... any how my car is about 95% back into 1 piece.... kind of scary.... at over 2x's what i paid for the car invested in the motor now i sure cant wiat to see it run here soon.... nothign beats a "tig to fit" trubo kit....... ahahah...... bigest issue i have is that iv invested more time fabing up parts for my car than it took to build it in the first place. i dont really wnat to ever take it out side and see it get abused or any thing ahahah..... whats a girl to do.. balh..... oh i cant wiat to see my 3" exhasut spew out the first smoky poof!... followed by some fire ahahh.... good thing its talor made stainless..

cooked up some fun, baked and cleaned after being macheaned and tapped for the correct injector cup's.

what a pain this was to get done, 27-1.5mm tap's arnt cheap!...

made my self some exahsut, didnt find anything out of a catalog to do what i needed. bad pick, but baiscly its 3" 304 stainless, has cesna flange where it connects to the down pipe. the mounts are 3" clamp over style so i can fine tune the fit of the system on the car. high flow what?....

i couldnt find a oil cooler this size w/ the proper fittings on it for what i wanted to do so i cut the stock fittings off this one and tig'd on some new one's.

Default no way, the green cloud i see inteh shop after hrs of welding/fab work is good for me right?

i hope by the end of the week to be out braking in the new tranny/clutch/motor so that by the end of the month i can up the boost and to some 4wheel burn-outs.!.... a girl can wish cant she?!!!.

I need to talk to you about those/that tap - you bought one 27x1.5mm - for what injector seat? AND - is that not a standard plastic oem VAG bosch seat, etc - tell me more; I've got some on one of my manifolds that need to have the threads cleaned up and retapped before I get around to the install, but was thinking it wouldn't be a problem.

Default the tap is for the correct/stock 225 injector cups, they are larger than the AEB injector cups

i had to machean the injector bore's larger then retape the new bore so i could run my 225 injectors. if u want to ship me your manifold i could do what ever u need done and ship it back.

Default karma, that car is built out of bad karma. its been down hill ever since

the day it got its 7hr tow across utha in search of a coil pack. any hoot the hood stays clsoed 99% of the car's life. its a reminder for me. my other cars have much more "R" rated things on there motors..... each go's hand and hand w/ the car.... and its over all demeaner. ... balh... stinking cars. i need a bus pass and ghetto blaster.

any how.. thanks, i hope it runs better than it looks.
