Question about next mod VTDA or Boost Machine?

I am sure at some point I will end up with both but the budget will only allow 1 ATM.

Why does the "Stage 3" only say with TTDA on the site and not the VTDA?

Does the VTDA work better with the other mods? Just wondering why it only talks about the TTDA and nothing about VTDA.
