VAGCOM question????

When you are looking at block 32 while the car is idling and/or when you hit the gas. Should this value move? showing how rich/lean the motor is running.

This is why I'm wondering>>>ADJ FPR.

Those values said 0.0 before and after the install. I've never seen anything else but 0.0 part throttle or idle.

Those are long term adaptation values built up over time. They will show no instantaneous change. YOu can measure those stored values with the car not running (ignition on). If you pull the battery cable those values will revert to "0" and then be revuilt over the next 20-30 miles as all the systems adapt again..

You're not getting a reading. Using a shareware Vag program? They don't allow access to all blocks..The chances of both values being "0" is slim to none..

You want to be a little on the rich side (-1.5 or so) on part throttle...>>

and a little lean on idle. With the 3bar FPR you are too lean on the part throttle and with the **** and 4Bar, too rich on part throttle. Mine was around -3.4 which is fine for most.

I adjusted my adj. FPR and made several WOT runs in 3rd gear on the highway and adjusted until I got the results above.

Once you get the FPR dialed, you will notice a more smooth ride all the way up the rev.
