Default New for me tt questions.

I received my new for me tt a few weeks ago and have some questions. I'm not new to Audi's as I've has a few, 5000, 100, 200, UrS6, and currently a RS6. My car is a '01 225hp Roadster. Behind the passenger seat, where the top reclines to. There is a cover and underneath is a electronics plug with an antenna wire that looks like a Sat (XM, GPS, Sirius) antenna connector? The car has Nav, which works so I know the antenna doesn't go to the Nav box which is almost bolted to the back side (towards the front of the car of this bracket. Also, is this CD changer tt specific? mine engages with the concert radio but shuts off after anywhere from a few seconds to a minute. The car is real nice with only 42K, Nimbus grey, Baseball leather. Need some new wheels as the Fat 5's have been curb abused, sad to see on a Forged wheel. Thanks, this list definitely gets more action than the RS6 list. MGH

My car is the same as yours. So I went and looked where the NAV is behind the passenger seat. I don't have any plug there. I do have a plug that looks like a Cat 5 size plug at the cupholder. I think it would have been for a phone.

Your plug may be an aftermarket add on.

Sorry I couldn't help.

Default What is down the cubby hole behind the roll hoop on the passenger side?

What is suppose to be down the cubby hole behind the roll hoop on the passenger side? I see the motor for the convertible top down the drivers side cubby hole in the back? The passenger side cubby hole is where the larger plug and the antenna wire is located on teh passenger side?
