Just did timing belt at dealer.....

Waited till 70k to do it and it was a good thing I did not wait till 75k from what the mechanic said. Paid a tad bit over $1200 for the service including oil change.
Does that sound reasonable?

It's good peace of mind for sure, however you could have gotten it done for less.

The cost of the dealer installing my own Diesel Geek kit was +/-$800 including parts.

I'm going to do mine at about 50k

My 225 ttq is a 2001, due to the age of the car, I think I'm going to do mine a little early as I think the age of the rubber will have as much or more of an affect than the mileage on the rubber belts. I am going to attempt it myself and will do the tensioner, waterpump, other belts as well as thermostat (mine seems to vary temp a fair amount anyways).

Got my kit for 210 and 375 for install...

the kit included
* Camshaft Seal
* Timing Belt
* Timing Belt Dampener
* Tension Roller
* Tension Gasket Kit
* Water Pump Metal Impellor
* Thermostat Housing
* Thermostat
* Alternator/Serpentine Belt

Thermostat and housing were priced seperatly from the rest of the kit so grand total was about 700
