FAIL: My windshield washer reservoir (or something in the piping) has sprung a leak...
Finally figured out that my fluid is leaking from somewhere. Where/how is the best place to test? What component is most likely to have failed?
I'll take off the wheel and liner this weekend to see if I can figure it out (water test/visual), but am curious if there are known failure points.
BTW, I am quite sure that the freakin' cold weather in the NE caused this - probably last year.

There aren't many places it could be leaking from, you shouldn't have any problems finding it.

put some water in the tank, and then run the pump....>>>
wherever it is wet, is where the problem is (as if you did not know that!!!) could be an alien in the nose, or the connections at the bottom of the tank....with the age, dry hoses is not out of the question....

having my tank replaced this morning...
leaked two years ago under the tank - hours after I read a post about this problem!
had it checked, pressure tested, no leaks found.
Worked for a couple of months, leaked again.

The sleeve that the headlight washer pump fits in tends to crack.
Happened to me (twice). Here's the common failure point:
