Spoke w/Marty at Raxles. There may be some confusion. The ONLY Raxles which are pricey are for the

225 6-speed with a bolt (and not a nut) at the end of the Raxle. Otherwise, the fronts are $224 each side.

He has no rear Raxles in stock, but if you ship them to him, he'll do them for $175 each side.

BTW, the only reason I got mine for $199 each is because he misquoted me (and gave me free shipping as a military discount).

Hmm that's odd. I asked them what the price was for each and they told me

they still only had heavy duty axles, regardless if a bolt or nut would be roughly $399. Maybe business was slow yesterday.

I paid $480 for ONE. Mine are for a 225 w/ a nut on the hub side....

Also we gotta chat after I get out of class today I'm going to give you a ring. Want to walk ya through the vagcom setup..
