Default Two clips on hood latch cable loose: pinched and replaced; four corner plastic screws on belly pan

tightened; bolts on engine and transmission mounts checked for tightness (they were tight); checked heat shield behind turbo and also thin medal shield over tie rods (I think): sprayed the latter with a little bit of undercoating (if it gets too hot, it will just heat up and burn off); and, moved the SAIP air intake hose to another location.

ONE of these stopped not just the added vibrations from shifting the sub-frame, but now I don't hear the one that's existed since getting the car!

CD player, glove box, and right front area of dash still vibrate, but have a fix for all of them (graphite, inspection, and felt, respectively).

And, BTW, replaced the fuel injector seals in about 15 minutes from start to finish. Is easy when the right parts are sent!

Default Did you do this do the fuel injector rail? See pic >>

Rid yourself of all the plastic guides . . . cleans up nicely.

Default Not yet, but planned. BTW, your pic indicates my FPR is on backward (nipple). Will go look at mine

and see if I can't spin that sucker around and remove some hose.

Default The FPR nipple points towards the battery just a tad. Position it so the hose is comfortable.

Default I found torque on dogbone to be critical in preventing vibrations

When I put my Polyflex bushings in. Probaly the same for the engine and tranny mounts. You need some serious muscle to torque the stretch bolts to spec +90 degrees.
