Because that place looks like the dime-o-dozen that have already fvcked up my wheel.
...and the finish of my wheels are too hard for many places to match.
I dunno about your wheels as I do not own them, but I know a great deal about the finish of the Audi RS wheels and you do have to spend at least $200/per wheel to get it right.
Its like going to Macco VS a reputable body shop.

i wonder what they gurantee then as their website says?
have you tried that place arlington heights? hasnt mark bradford have good experiences there?
and i have no idea if re-polishing a lip is any harder or easier when it comes to getting a wheel re-done. hmmmm

I had luck with them repairing a minor curb rash on an RE, so maybe just stick to small repairs
not the major repair as you had done.
They are still great guys there. And do a good job on the car wash.
