Very high idel??
My car idel's high at 1800 when warmed up and 2000 when cold, this means something that I toke off wasn't put back properly. I am thinking its the square shaped bar that is a justable located directly above the Throttle Body and connects to the black flexible thingy lol. Not sure of names of any sort so its very vague sorry. Anyway question is, is this the problem or no? Also how can I fix it does it need to be losen or tightened?

uh, what? You have "toked" on something... ;-)
ANyway, if that black thing has a rod going to it and the throttle, that is the cruise control vacuum diaphragm. Doubt that is the problem.
It does sound like you have a vacuum problem though.

First I turn it on it levels out at 1100rpm then it reves up to 1800rpm slowly and stays there, I just replaced the crank case breather hoses and the cone filter. I am currently replacing a busted pre-heater house.
