Getting b4 sedan= thinking like Mance=hmmmmmm=aluminum

So how much weight would I save Mance? More importantly. This would lower the weight of the sedan in the rear correct? I never went to school for this stuff. So I don't have the right words to explain this stuff. Self taught mechanic here. How do I compare this thought. Something like deleting the sunroof puts the weight of the car lower in the chassis. This would do the same too?
If you have to ask I've seen one pic online of this on a B4 sedan. To the extent of what's necessary to get it to work? I don't know.
Would I consider doing it? Depends on how much one of these suckers goes for these days.
Do I honestly care? Eh... not soo much.
The 20vT engine will satify my need. Fortunately for me two 20VT swaps, a job, and a girlfriend keep me busy enough.

The Trunk is aluminum for those who didn't figure it out yet.

I think I'll put my money elsewhere.
