Quality upgrades?
Has anyone had luck with aftermarket cams, throttle body's, and modified air box's. It seems that Blaufenugen makes some pretty amzing claims with there set up. Has anyone done this upgrade?

I have just started the Upgrade path on my '84. I have spent the last few days trying to get a hold of anyone at Blau. I finaly made contact this morning and ordered a short shift kit. If this works out, swaybars, struts, shocks, springs, throttle body, and cams will be ordered soon.

Cam: limited potential, unless you go to a 2.3 with bigger valves, more compression, better exhaust.
Throttle body: I'm very skeptical of these. I think all they do is give you a bunch more air RIGHT NOW instead of being progressive like the stock one. It will feel like there is more power, but there really isn't.
Air box: haven't seen one, but unless it's pulling cool air in (and not hot engine compartment air) I don't see this making any big difference. The stock air inlet system is actually very good, aside from the turns it makes. Crammed into that corner with all the junk bolted to it, it probably doesn't get much better.
Big claims mean nothing without a dyno sheet. I have one for my car
