Blau Short Shift Kit Console Mods for '84 4kq???
I installed the Blau Short shift kit this weekend into my '84 4KqCS and it is a major improvment but... I have to modify (cut) the center console to get the shift pattern to work correctly. Have any of you done this? If so do you have pictures that I could referance?

i did it but i dont have pics... all i did was cut about 1/4" into the console piece and i glued the boot on underneath.. works great and looks fine if you take the time to make a good cut and finish it nicely. if i can get my hands on a digital camera ill see if i can get some pics up
