Default Somewhat a PITA

Mine is an '86, so YMMV.
Remove the armrest, two screws, then twist it vertical and pull out the stud that is in the end of the 'handle' part.
If you have pwr mirrors, getting the plug on and off the switch inside the handle absolutely SUCKS.
Remove the map pocket from the door panel (probably already falling off from the plastic breaking). About 8 screws hold that on, some may be a little hidden by the carpeting.
Remove any other visible screws. Pop the little cap off inside the door handle and remove that screw.
Remove the cap and screw that holds the mirror trim piece in place.
With a quick, firm yank, pop out the clips that hold the panel to the door itself around it's perimeter.
Pop the panel off at the top. The plastic molding has clips in it that keep it to the door. This can sometimes be a PITA.
Remove the rod from the door handle (it just loops in a hole).
I think that's it. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Don't forget to unscrew the door lock ****.
I don't think undoing the mirror cover or the side pocket is necessary. You shouldn't have to take the plastic trim off the top either. The panel should slide out of it's groove.

Default Hmm

You'll have to determine that when you pull the panel. Unfortunately, the door is sealed with translucent plastic which keeps water from coming in your car, so if you tear that try not to make a large hole doing it.

Actually i think the door panel has already been taken off because there was no plastic and the pwr mirror harness was disconnected, I found out that the window has not fallen off the track, it just won't roll up. I hear the motor working but it just won't roll up the window. What could it be?

Broken window regulator cable, most likely.

YOU NEED EITHER JUST THE REGULATOR OR THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY DEPENDS ON THE TYPE OF UNIT IT IS ! SOME WERE ABLE JUST TO REPLACE THE REG. OTHERS YOU HAD TO REPLACE ALL OF IT MOTOR AND REG. ALL ONE UNIT!
