In the meantime I found out some pretty interesting stuff:

- bi-xenons are available from the factory, they have a build code for it.
- our cooling system is a "beefed up" version
- our bumpers also meet korea safety standards
- sport seats are only one build code different from normal seats, some dealer MIGHT be able to sneak it in on a special order
- the solar sunroof is also only one build code different from the regular sunroof.
- my wheels are ET45
- It is unbelieavble the number of combinations that are available to be bult and the friggin different standards and compliances that have to be met by these manufacturerers.

Overall it was an interesting waste of time!

Some of them were only listed in one and not the other, and as you can see a bunch of them were not listed in either. Given the codes in the manual that are similar to the not listed ones its seems like some of them relate to trims (like how we get gray roof trim even on the black etc.) but I don't honestly know what they others are.

In the US only the S4 will come with the black roof liner but all other A4 still have platinum. I'm sure this is information encrypted in one of those codes.
