FM bad reception on radio NAV PLUS

Hi there,

I have a Audi A4 MODEL 2002 with Navigation Plus installed, Mobil phone and 6 cd´s box (all original from factory). The radio reception on FM has gotten worse to the point of local stations being bearly listenable and national stations dissapearing into the noise (no RDS 'returne' fuction) and no reception at all. I disconnect the second antenna on back of the Nav. Nothing happends. I do the same with the first one. One more time, nothing happends. What could be the problem? Could be the antenna amp?

Some times, with ignition off, the FM reception is very good in all nacional and local stations. But when turn ignition on, after 5 km´s, all stations start to look bad until all the nacional desapear completly.

A curious thing is when i take off the Nav Plus, the second antenna was broken in the connection with Nav Plus. I go to a electrical workshop and they fix it all right, but the problem of bad reception still there. They do not substitute the metalic thing who make the connection with Nav. They just put something to hold on Nav Plus and make the connection. In my opinion, the work was done all right.

Please help me and tell me your opinion.
