Suspension guys ...HELP

I am about to buy these neuspeed quattro sport springs from this guy for my FWD....I know rear
springs for quattro are .5" longer but I heard that they will still fit my FWD and even should be better b/c neuspeed
springs tend to sit lower in the rear. By putting the quattro springs on my fwd, this should eliminate that problem and give you a much more balanced look.

I emailed Supreme Power Parts and they said that
they will fit with no problem

BUT

I emailed Neuspeed about it and they said
" Unfortunately, this is not true. The rear springs for a FWD and AWD are completely different so they are not interchangeable."

What do U guys think??? What should I do
Is there anyone that did that and have no Problems???

I'd give Mike at Purems.com a hollar. He's had no probem running quattro springs on fwd cars.

They'll work fine, they are probably a stiffer spring rate and a little longer so in Neuspeeds eyes

they are completely different so that they will hopefully sell another set of springs to you

matt, how are your street sports?

i get a weird scraping/clunking sound in the rears if the back end bounces hard and im thinkin the perch that the spring sits on might be movin slightly up and down since i had trouble gettin the set screws to bind down real tight, you havin any similar problems? If this is the problem, you think taking out the set screws and actually "bolting" that lower perch in with some screws through the holes where the set screws go in would be a reasonable solution?
