A4NCAR: Do you have Halogen Ecodes with OEM HID KIT? I'm thinking of doing the same and want to

know if you are satisfied with this setup. I'm not sure if the less than perfect beam pattern would be worth it. TIA

Oh ya, I know that the autoleveling system will not be functional since I don't have the motors/sensors.

Not to be nosy or anything since you paged Darryl and not me...

But, Matt Devo has Halogen E-codes with the RS6 Xenon kit and something with that setup prevents him from aligning his headlights correctly.

ouch, that's not good. Do you think it's the adaptor plates he needs to fit the bulbs in place?

i am looking for halogen ecodes too...maybe at some point when i get back from my trip...

If I can find a Passenger side Xenon ecode then you can have mine, of course for a price

I'd put out the extra $$$ for Xenon E-codes

Just to make sure that everything will work the way its supposed to and so that you don't have to operate on your headlights fitting your Xenon kit.

No, I have S4 "Complete" HID E-Codes...

which I bought from EPi (I used to have Halogen E-Codes). I had thought of doing an aftermarket HID kit, but didn't like the idea of it and wanted to keep as OEM as possible. The S4 HID was a complete kit (included bulbs, ballast, igniter,..).
