Default I've done it to my non-Bose, and I believe there are some write-ups for Bose...

I think all you'll need is a line-output converter. WalMart sells a Scosche LOC for $17...it even indicates that it works for "premium" systems.

Default if you re-code/vag the headunit it will be the same as non bose

then your aftermarket amp and speakers will work with the blaupunkt line-out adapter

Default I have done it. I run an aftermarket amp and sub on Bose.

I tapped into the original sub wires (then removed the piece of **** factory sub), ran them through the hi-low converter into the RCA inputs of the amp...then the sub off the amp. Ran the ignition from the fusebox to the amp, ran the power from the battery to the amp (amp's in the trunk and fuse is of course close to the battery.) Just need a farad capacitor then it's done.

You can add aftermarket components with the factory speakers as long as you keep the factory Amp, to my knowledge, and build off of that.
Now, from what I have heard, the factory Bose speakers are tuned for the factory amp...whether or not the speakers will work at all or just sound sh!tty - I have no idea.

Default Yes, and it's very easy...

as long as you have some elementary audio knowledge...and believe me, I only have elementary audio knowledge and was able to do it!
