Car going back to Shop that installed my APR stage 1+..Limp mode goes on&off this morning?????
So last Friday,car stuttered while driving and I got a CEL warning on my dash... then I lost boost on my turbo...checked all the hoses and all seems connected on the Turbo...but CEL is still there and car is not getting any boost on acceleration. So had to wait till later today after work for Streetwerke to look whats going wrong...I guess the car is in "soft" or Semi-limp mode cause I can still reach highway speeds..just not quick enough.
But while driving on the highway to work this morning....car stuttered again...and Boost suddenly kicks back in!!!...I don't have a boost gage, butt my *** dyno can feel it and I can hear the Turbo "Woooshing" again.
I still need to go to Streetwerke to have them look at it..since I still can't remove the CEL warning on dash even after following APR's instruction on removing faultcodes.
