Default GIAC Big Injector...

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/64915/piace.jpg"></center><p>Can you guys clear up a few rumours for me?

1) Are you still able to get the GIAC big injector file with or using the TT 225 injectors? (I heard GIAC had put a stop to this)

2) Is there any difference between the GIAC or the TT 225 injectors? (price and performance)

3) Guys that do have it, any updates on impressions?

I have searched and found most people are getting great results from it, but no injector model numbers or specifics have been posted yet.

Thanks guys!

Sorry about the bad pic.

Default Ah...

I just got the GIAC ver2 program yesterday..with the GIAC bigger injectors. Ah, how can I say this...the car is a different bird now. I just gotta get use to making sure the thing is pointed straight when I gun it. I don't have exhaust yet...but its in my garage..so it will go on soon.

While you could use the TT injectors..they will be more expensive I hear. I would just get the ones from GIAC directly...tell Andrew@GIAC I sent you...might help in some small way. Of course you could get them from any of the GIAC distributors..including AWE, Matrix, Torque Factory, Dynospot, PES, and tons of others.

I would suggest you get the GIAC chip AND the GIAC injectors...not to say the other injectors wouldn't work..but the software may be maximized to handle the specific injectors they sell. Just my 2 cents worth.

Default how long have you had this setup??

surely your shocks are toast by now, no?

One of my sources told me that if you use lowering springs w/ the stock sport shocks, your shocks will be done after 2 months.

Default I have a GIAC chip and plan to upgrade to....

...the big injector program. So I'll stick with the GIAC injectors then, thanks Diztek.

I'm still waiting to see what/when AWE do in terms of a big turbo kit too! Now that would be nice!

Default Think you're right Steve, better to stick with GIAC injectors

So thats what I'll do, I have a GIAC chip (FMIC, exhaust, stage III clutch with lightend flywheel, short shifter, etc etc) so all I need it some more power now. The big injector program will do until AWE release their big turbo kit... anyone heard any news on this?

Default Awesome Program

I'm running it on my 2005 with Neuspeed exhaust. I had it done by Jeff Moss, the car runs great, right up there with the volkwagon r32's. This program pretty much maxes out the K03 Turbo. Next step would be to upgrade to a K04 or T-28 etc etc. You wont be dissapointed. Stick with the GIAC injectors, I think they're made by Seimens (SP?) The program is specifically designed to run with them
