Hap did you get to start the Beast up yet?...
You plan on showing everyone up at the euro meet? 
Did you happen to see my car down there, its the green UrS with check marks eating through the paint.. But should run better now that im getting pretty much a new head.
She is ugly but purrs like a tiger...

I did swing by da shop yesterday...
We had a lot of shopping errands to do and had just a minute as I dropped off something that I had picked up for Tufty up north. He was hanging the door panels and wiring the new speakers.Things are VERY close now. My wife had not seen the car for over 2 years and said something like, "so that's what it looks like". She did notice the larger turbo and the yellow brakes ;>
I did see your car and I did see your head gasket. Man, that thing looked like it had been eaten by the gasket mice. I've got some make me look nice for cheap ideas about your paint if you're interested. I was at the shop the day you picked the car up but busy on da polisher. Listen and pay attention to whatevah Tufty tells you.

Thats cool, at least its almost done...
That thing is going to be crazy. And yeah that gasket was pretty bad Dave said. Ive got the metal one in now so hopefully I dont have to worry about that for a long while...
About the paint, It was suppossed to go get painted next month but this little problem is holding it back now. Everyting is getting takin down to bare metal and painted Piano wood black, thank though. When its painted that s when Ill wash her every other day. And I will do about the Tufty advice, I always wanna get my hands dirty when I bring the car down there but feel like Im in the way. But thats the most powerful learning tool I think, hands on and getting in there.
