What I'm trying to get at is banks that have foreclosed/real estate owned commercial properties.

ie not houses, but shopping centers, industrial properties, etc.

Bigger doesn't necessarily mean they will have lots of REO - many bigger banks....

were fairly conservative over the past few years. If you are looking to list or buy their REO, what you want are banks that were very aggressive...
