yea no joke, i exited the belt pkwy at 17 30 mins ago....and i literally turned the car around when

i got out the exit cuz the streets were covered, it just STARTED snowing... then when i got back on the belt in the staten island direction....the roads were already completely covered, i was just on it 5 mins before that and it was fine, one turn around and the road is under an inch of snow.......
