Is there a generic vallet key?

I need this car towed so they can make a key. However cant have it towed unless the car shifts into neutral. You need a key to put into neutral. NEED HELP!

Anyone can flatbed it without a key.

and why do you need the car towed? Can't you get a key from the dealer? And getting the car in neutral is easy even without a key. What car?

There's a vallet key, only works for the door.

Neutral without a key??? Please explain!

My vallet key unlocks doors and trunk, trun it to the left twice. My temp

appears in centigrade though. Not sure why.
