Is this the stock car head unit? The code may be in the spare tire wheel well.
Some cars shipped with the code taped in the back, but again, only if it is the oem unit.
If it is the oem unit, the dealer should be able to get teh code with the vin#. If this is not the original, they will need to pull it and get the serial number.

I did look in the wheel well, but could not tell which would be the code.
I assume this is the original, but since I bought the car used, I don't really know. The card with the code that I have doesnt seem to work.
