Questions re: Modding B6 S4

OK, I'm ready to start modding my '04 B6 S4 6MT sedan. I want to start with Exhaust, Very Lightweight Alloy Wheels, ECU program, and Suspension (probably lowering springs and swaybars, but maybe coilovers).

I have never modded an Audi before. What is the best equipment in each of the above categories. I'm sure I could spend all afternoon trying to find the answers in the archives here, but if someone could just reply here, I would appreciate it very much.

Light Wheels: Volks; Oz
ECU: don't think anybody here has done it yet
Suspension: wait for Stasis

2nd that. AmD has a chip out. So does Stratmosphere.

AmD claims 40 hp at the crank. Strat's O.c.t. ship is about 10 hp.

As far as the suspensions are concerned, KW has a kit out, so does HRSprings. STaSIS has arguably the best systems out there, but will be some time before their tracksport or street sport kits are ready. I think their Motorsport might be ready though.

There are a TON of light-weight wheels out there. Volks and OZ's look good, but there are others. I'd check out the Tire Rack and see some goodies there. Also, BBS are sweet and light too.
