CD player ate a CD

I loaded CD #6, heard a soft grinding noise, the display read error #3, and none of the 6 CDs would play. The next day all CDs but the 6th one will play and it doesn't even think there is a 6th one in there. Anyone have any guesses before I take it to the dealer?

I guess that your CD player is not working properly.

Sounds like the old error #3 problem.
