Default brakes
i have a 2005 s4 and lately everytime i stop my brakes make squeeling sound everytime i stop. anyone else notice this.

Default No sound here. Take it to the dealer...not normal.
Could you have "glazed" the pads? If so, a little roughing up of the pad surface with some fine grit sandpaper will do the job. But best to take it to the dealer.

Default Mine have made more noise with the temperature drop.
It was about 15 degrees F this morning, and I got a little squeal under light pedal pressure. Increased pedal pressure tends to decrease the sound.

If it ever gets cold, I'll let you know if it gets worse (or rather, how much worse it gets)...

Default i get some squealing, but not much...
i do get a shudder type noise, when backing up and turning the wheel, when applying the brakes though...
