help: rear seat cusion removal
I am in the process of installing an ipod integration kit (going from HU to the rear sat. reciever). Does anyone know how to remove the rear seat cusions?

Just yank up on them ...
the catch/release is toward the front/center of each seat so just get your fingers under the lip and pull up. It can take quite a tug to get them out and you do risk breaking the plastic retainers but I don't think that it's a big deal to replace it if you do.
